First...eat!  Sick people often do not feel like eating.  If someone you know is sick at home, and not eating or drinking much and especially if you don’t know what is wrong - Take Them to an Emergency Room.   Starvation and dehydration cause all sorts of problems and secondary issues including, fatigue, anemia and poor healing, should surgery be necessary.  

 
Unless there is disease present, a human being who is eating enough food will not be anemic.  If there is blood loss anemia foods rich in iron will help the body build healthy red blood cells.  If there is anemia due to disease treating the underlying disease while eating an 'anemia' diet is important.
