Since this medication- MabThera- is for healthcare professionals outside the United States then I can't really give anything but an educated opinion.  If your question is basically where does the "human IgG1 kappa constant region" protein come from that is used in this recombinant medication, then you might want to research the term chimeric or chimera antibodies.  The process involved in producing MabThera is basically a genetically re-engineering technique utilizing Chinese hamsters' ovary cells.  Contact the company if all else fails!
