Most blood fractions are heat-treated for several hours at high temperatures to sterilize them.  This would include Albumin, immune globulins and some clotting factors.  The exception is Cyroprecipitate.   In the production of Cyroprecipitate, fresh frozen plasma is allowed to thaw, it is spun in a centrifuge and a buffy coat forms and the clotting factors form in droplets on the buffy coat.   The clotting factors are usually given resuspened in plasma, but can be suspened in Albumin for patients who refuse major blood components.  Heating the clotting factors would negate their effectiveness.
