From my research in my words in simple terms

-Blood Conservation Program is one that tries to reduce the use of banked blood by using less testing and lowering transfusion trigger - quite often to 7-8 gm/dl and minimually invasive surgery

-Blood Management Program - is one that uses #1 plus uses cell saver, blood sealers, clotting agents, tolerance of anemia, robotic surgery, hemodilution, use of ESA's such as EPO, etc.

-Patient Blood Management Program - uses #2 except banked blood can be replaced with predonated blood ( predonated-autologous is Not safer )

-Bloodless Medicine & Surgery Program -similar to #3 except is more restrictive in that no stored blood is used and all 3 pillars are in use.
