    Good article, well done-only thing is to get pdf file you must register. Website will let you print it out though without registration.

    I found comment, that in non bleeding patients at rest a hemoglobin count of 5 gm/dl provides sufficient oxygenation, interesting. The patient was walking around with count of 2.6 gm/dl.
    I may have missed it but it seems they never did pin point the cause of his severe anemia - other than he had low iron levels- didn't see reason why.
